Who Am I?

I'm Abby, the founder of Honest Hypnobirthing, mum to three wonderful children, and a qualified KGHypnobirthing teacher.

I used Hypnobirthing during all of my pregnancies and births and can honestly say it made an incredible difference to my experience, my husbands, and my babies.

I live in a small village in Hampshire with my family, we spend our time exploring the outdoors and seeing family and friends.
